You can help a young woman grow and reach her full potential! The Enterprise Women's Network Girls Mentoring Program has been working in Baltimore's Sandtown-Winchester neighborhood for over 15 years; providing supportive, female mentor-to-mentee relationships and education opportunities to elementary and middle-school aged girls. To keep this important program going, we need your support!

Your contribution could do the following:

  • $50 – You provide general support for the Mentoring Program.
  • $100 – You can sponsor a workshop for the Mentees.
  • $250 – You can support our year-end mentoring celebration
  • $500 – You can co-sponsor a field trip.

Since 2003, the Mentoring Program has helped more than 250 students at William Pinderhughes Elementary/Middle School in Sandtown. Not only do the mentees receive critical one-on-one time with their adult female mentors, they also have the opportunity to have in-depth discussions about topics like culture, women's issues, academics, relationships and their dreams for the future. We also offer the girls in the program three field trips a year: a tour and visit of a college or university; a cultural institution; and an outdoor experience. For many of these young women, this is the first time they have left the boundaries of their neighborhood, and the first time that they are exposed to the world outside of their city blocks. We are so proud of this program and hope you will consider supporting it.

Your gift, no matter the size, makes a real difference in a young woman's life!
